Accommodation

We welcome both riders and non-riders and offer a choice of two types of accommodation at the Centre to suit your budget and personal preference.

THE GUEST HOUSE

Yorkshire Riding Centre

Formerly the Bartles' family home, the Guest House provides very comfortable Country House accommodation. There are 3 twin, 4 single and a double room overlooking the walled garden andtennis court.

Two of the twin rooms and the double room are en-suite and the third twin room has its own shower. Each room has its own distinctive colour scheme.

Downstairs in the Drawing Room you can read, watch videos, or wander through into the large homely kitchen to make coffee and tea as you wish.Beer, wines or spirits are also available.

Meals are informal and our Housekeeper, Belinda Bartle, is always on hand to look after your needs. Whenever possible we use fresh local produce and there is always a choice of salads, fresh fruit and cheese available.

The Lilac Room

The Drawing Room If you feel peckish during the day you are welcome to help yourself from the refrigerator or the 'cookie' jar and sample some of the delicious home made cakes and scones. We can cater for vegetarian, salt free and special diets. The Guest House is also available for meetings or seminars, including full catering if required.

THE CHALET ACCOMMODATION

Budget accommodation is provided in chalet accommodation. There are three single and seven twin rooms each with wash basins and central heating. Shower and toilet facilities are available in each block. All main meals are prepared by the Centre's cook and are served in the student dining room and we are able to cater for vegetarian, salt free and special diets. Chalet Accomodation

There is a common room availablein the evenings with TV and video. There is also a TV in the diningroom.Tea, coffee and cold drinks are always available in the kitchenette.
